   Axis Vending will provide professional installation and ongoing maintenance of vending machines at the agreed locations. We reserve the right to access the premises for servicing, restocking, and repairs. You agree to provide reasonable access as needed.

   Product selection, pricing, and promotions are determined solely by Axis Vending. We reserve the right to modify stock, prices, or promotions at any time without prior notice to maintain product quality and availability.
    
4. User Responsibility and Liability
   Users assume full responsibility for any products purchased and consumed from the vending machines. Axis Vending is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, illness, loss, or damage resulting from use of our products or machines, except where required by law.
    
5. Machine Malfunction and Availability
   While we strive for 100% uptime, Axis Vending is not liable for any loss or damages caused by machine malfunctions, downtime, or temporary unavailability of products. We will work to resolve issues promptly.
    
6. Data Privacy
   Any personal data collected by Axis Vending (including payment information or usage data) will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Data is used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
    
7. Payment and Profit Sharing
   Payments and profit sharing will be made according to the terms outlined in the specific partnership agreement. All financial arrangements must be documented in writing. Late payments may incur fees or interest as per the agreement.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Vending, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the vending machines or violation of these terms.
